Saicoo does indicate lifetime technical support for their products. In general, I'd contact the vendor's technical support for assistance here, as well as the folks that support the organization you're using the CAC reader with. The organization that you're using this CAC reader with will probably know about this enabler requirement, too. I do not know about the "third-party CAC Enabler program" that Saicoo lists as being necessary. Saicoo indicates that both Oracle Java is required before launching the provided installer, and that there's a separately-acquired "enabler" software package also required. The people at fault are Saicoo either for 1) leaving their site vulnerable enough for malware to be implanted and 2) not noticing it at any point. Saicoo has two models of CAC readers listed on their web site. It's 100% safe source and product development department.Given that USB card readers don't usually need separately-installed drivers, so I'll assume that this particular reader is a CAC reader.Download Card Readers drivers for Tablet ver.I like the overall design greatly, the length of the usb cable is just right, long enough to keep th unit from interfering with.
